I love glitchy vocals and Act One is certainly not lacking in that department. The instrumentation throughout the album is pretty minimal and it’s not uncommon for bits of a track to be completely silent. I’m constantly trying to make great beats with fewer sounds, so this album was pretty inspiring from that perspective. Glitchy vocals, great melodies I had to find this artist! ‘Down’ by Marian Hill was the track that caught my attention. I was watching one of their Airpods advertisements on YouTube and was immediately hooked by the song.
